Gullane Golf Club is delighted to announce that Richard Beswick has been appointed as the new Secretary. Richard will join the Club in early January 2026 from Caldy Golf Club on the Wirral where he held the role of General Manager. During a long and successful career in commercial sales and business development, Richard played off a 6-handicap and was Caldy Club Captain in their centenary year of 2007. He was then approached to take up the General Manager position at Caldy in 2019 after he led a comprehensive member driven strategic review of the club.
