Gullane Golf Club Lands 59club Gold Flag for Sixth Successive Year

Gullane Golf Club has been awarded the 59club Gold Flag for 2026, reflecting the high level of customer service provided to visiting golfers and tour operators. This is the 6th successive year Gullane has been awarded the Gold Flag making it one of only 70 venues in the world to achieve the highest award from 59club.

Key initiatives in the last year included using feedback from the 59club industry best practice portal to enable our starters to meet and greet visitors and convey the unique nature of Gullane with it’s 3 courses using welcome podiums and consistent messaging. As part of this feedback we introduced precise daily yardage sheets for every hole position which could be personalised in print or viewed on a dedicated app.

Following the recent Awards ceremony, Secretary Richard Beswick commented, “This acknowledgement of the exceptional standards across the clubs various areas of operation is testament to the hard work and commitment of all our staff.
